Order process

Each piece is individually tailored for your setup, volumetric efficiency and even the way you drive. It is for this reason that each piece must be sized differently. However this lends to much more attention to detail. Below is essentially the process from start to finish. Keep in mind that you will receive incremental updates from me as your piece moves along.

Order is received
A core is sourced if one is not on hand
Porting takes place
Your piece is sent to a professional in California for sandblasting and powder coating.
Once received back, the entire piece is inspected for damage/blemishes and polishing takes place
Final assembly, calibration and packing occurs
Your order is shipped
